Photo Rounds Friday  

A 50-year-old woman went to her physician’s office in mid-winter because she had developed bilateral erythematous lesions on the inner aspects of her lower legs. When asked about exposure to heat, the patient admitted to using a hot water bottle between her legs to keep warm at night.
