"I'm here for my annual check-up and I feel fine."

Harry is a 68-year-old Caucasian male who presents to his primary care physician for a routine annual physical examination. Harry's wife accompanies him to the visit and is concerned about his decreased energy level, his loss of interest in activities, and forgetfulness. She reports that Harry got lost in his neighborhood while driving home from the mall last week and required assistance from a school crossing guard who recognized him driving around the block. Harry denies having memory problems…
